I ran a PWR rad in my 80 with the 6ltr in it & hated it. I now run a standard 80 rad & have had no problems at all

Spoke to the engineer mentioned above yesterday & he said with a 2 inch lift & 285's it pretty straight forward but no go for mine as its to high 2 + 2 + 2 suspension BL & tyres & I would have to do the swerve test.

35's in my opinion mine was a daily driver I ran 35's with a 2 inch lift & 2 inch bl with trimmed guards I also ran 100 series diffs 4.3 ratio

I ran 37's on my old 79 but i trimmed the guards I ran a 4 inch coil & 2 inch BL with a 5 link & A frame had to tub the tray as well

Mine averaged 20 ltrs / 100km on our trip to the Simpson Desert & back fully loaded 3 people + all camping gear with 35's on 4.11's with A/C on would of been better but had some stale fuel at the start of the desert section & only got 200kms from the first tank

Std head bolts are a torque to yield fastener and have a maximum clamping force dictated by the material.

Hi there you need to cut off at the cir clip grove & regrove 8mm down
We just measured the the grove from the end & re did it after the cut & it was 8mm
Dont use the spacers or the AVM hub as it wont be as strong
