I have a set of Rola Roof Racks to fit the feroza. They were used on my 1995 F300 2 times, that i am willing to sell. No requirement for these as i know have a Toyota Hilux for these duties.

I used them once, to place 3 snowbaords on the roof! Thats it!

Or you could buy a feroza that has been turbocharged and all the engine work done (ie. crank, billet rods, forged pistons, head, 444cc injectors, fuel pump, custom clutch & grearbox, Turbo GT25/30 etc, etc, etc) with an immaculate body for a fraction of the money you are going to spend....

Yes.... I have a spare as mine is running a custom ratio'd box with straight cut gears!

I can assure you that it is movement in the D/C as i had the excat same issue with and 03 Hilux.

Got a new shaft and "presto" no noise, but it set me back 1800 + GST.

Hurts everytime i remember!!!

As noted in the post, it uses a custom made straight cut syncro gear set within the standard case!

Dont bother with the exhaust..... This one comes with a full mandrel bent 3' exhaust from the turbo back with high flow cat..

car needs new exhaust and manifold and 02 sensor, its not too bad at the moment, but its nearly impossible to overtake at 100, it really struggles. what is the top speed of them (in reality, not from a factory brochure!)

I have no troubles overtaking at 100km/h, even 130km/h ...

Turbo is not to big at all... I run a GT25/30 and its great! 260hpatw

And yes it is the HD-E 1600 still...

The exhaust manifold was made by yours truly and tacked together, then sent off for prpfessional welding.

It is made up of 1'3/4' steam pipe mandrel bends, all equal length.

Its all engineered as is (minus airfilter) and very insurable, its currently insured through OAMPS and valued at $18,500.00.

Its unique and you will be surprised how many people are impressed by the thing, both in condition and performance.

The turbo is newish as it was upgrade mid last year ($2 ...

have had offers a little over 10K but the market is indicating a little more than what has been offered in my opinion.

preload could be wrong.

i have done 2 diffs in 150K kms....

so get it looked at asap.

If your after a complete diff with 4.1 ratio's in perfect working condition, i have one in the garage ready to go.....

It came out of my 03 hilux as i swaped it for a 4.88 with locker!

Also have the ADD to suit if you need....

its "over kill" cause an IFS hilux can go everywhere that it can!

Could I be the only person with such a problem?

I am running 33' Muds on an 03 Hilux and am having difficulties keeping the rear diff in one piece (crown wheel lost 4 teeth, now this time pinion is half missing).

I dont carry or tow heavy loads (yet) or do any serious off roading, but am intending on towing a 1500Kg boat soon and am concerned ...
