I have already done my suspension with L & S but im looking at something a bit more extreme.

Do ARB or TJM have a decent workshop ?

We are still peicing it together and or contemplating using just the tube from the original ARB welded back on to good strong sliders.

Are you making yours in one peice, or making a bracket to bolt to the front bar ?

you have just convinced me to incorporate a brush bar and sliders into the tube bar im building ! I have the ARB ones just like yours and there faarken piss weak ! My side steps are bent up so they nearly touch the sills but i never thought that the brush bar may twist and smash the guard ! Thanks ...

Oh, yeah.

I have also seen is it a "scissor shackle" with the leaves joing both ends of the shackle. How do they work ? are they effective ?

I know the Superior boys down south do wonders with leafs.

Make sure you ask a lot of questions about the 5th gear / gearbox. These rigs have this problem and can be quite expensive to fix if you dont know anyone in the game.
