And the Way the Older Petrol Hiluxs/4Runners are geared They Crawl basicly anywere with a wide set of boots on them, Great 4wd, Good Clearance.. Should suit What you need it for just fine..

What a waist of time and money.

The engine is all basicly in new condition.
Everything has been fixed/replaced all it is is Toyota made a dodgy Valve on one of there heads what Made the piston blow a chunk out of my head.

Its basicly had a re-build the amount ive replaced on this car.

Why Re-Build? Only problem is The head,


Guys i just dropped into my Mechainic then. He has taken it apart and the head i brought BRAND NEW from Toyota Has a Faulty Valve . The Valve has broken into 3peices and the Piston has Smashed The head up a lil bit. And taken a chunk out of it. ...

Okay, I got a Brand new Head put on and Flushed my Radiator and Whole System Been driving around for a Week And all seemed good, Went out camping WAAAAYY out of Town, Topped my Water up Befor i left.... And My Car Died as soon as i got to the end of the track... Didnt over heat Was running at normal ...

Thanks for the help, Just wondering, Exacly what is the difference between IFS and SAS? and if i were to lift the front 2-3" with this SAD suspension stuffs. What would i do to the back? or would my Rear just be 3" Lower LOL??

Also, Do you have any idea on price difference and Quality ...

Damn Go the ARB Lockers. Stuff the new Diff, Spend 600Dolar extra and get somthing witch will actualy enhance your car... I want the same thing that happened to you to happen to me!!!

Or You could Spend 50$ on hireing a Nuematic Jackhammer for a day. and take the front bit of the slab out and 20$ for a bag of cement and Angle it down so you can get yo Beast in there in one go??

Hell of alot cheeper and less time consuming than a Rattle gun and new tyres lol

I have Oil going into my Water!

If i had water going into my Oil i could of used it but, I cant Withy these circumstances ...

My Bad, They didnt find a minor crack in the Head. They "Think" there is a minor crack in the head.

They ripped it of Yesterday and had a look and couldnt see anything. So they Checked the Gaskets And No damage there...

So ive sent it of to Another Guy whos gonna pressure test the system for me ...

I dont think the cops in WA are too harsh on the 50mm rule. There seems to be plenty of 4x4 getting around with closer to 100mm combined tyre and spring lift.

They dont like SOA or anything that looks untidy though

Im pricing a Lift But all my Mates are saying You cant Lift a Car more than 3" From Stock standard in WA.... Is this true? or are me Mates Talkin Crap?

Neer the enterance and Angle it down so you have just enough room to clear the enterance.!!!

then just get a bit of a slurry mix of cement and smooth it of.

I had the Same problem on my Folks magna, I just played around with the auto revs Wire, Sprayed a bit of CRC on it, And slightly loosened it of, Seems to of Worked for me...

Wheel Ballence/Wheel alligment???

I put my Car in a Ditch a couple of Weeks ago, Had the same problem... Got the shakes as soon as i hit 70kmph....

I just got a new wheel allignment and i had tyres replaced coz they were bald and seems to of fixed the problem

the V6 runners had issues with the heads.
i would flush coolant first and if oil comes back, you got issues.

is the oil level going up?? this could suggest where the water is going.
