As for Air to air off road at low speeds once the intercooler is hot it is no longer an intercooler they need good air flow, circuit racing is the ideal environment for air to air I believe. your jacket water system uses the same ambient air speeds as an air to air for cooling?....imo jacket water ...

What do they use to seal the two surfaces up in those boxes? Is it a big o-ring type seal, or is it just the two square surfaces that make the good seal? Greg, Whats the diameter of that airbox?? Need a new one, and this would suit but it may be too big. if front panhard is same arc as steering drag link..( which should be )...how does height or travel affect steering? don't think so...no-one mentions wheel offset...wheel further out from kingpin is more leverage and feedback to steering wheel..ie, wheels hits bump and is pushed back...if king pin ...

with both types of cooler you still need airflow to get rid of heat....my money would be on front mount..well shrouded and sealed so fan pulls through core(s) only...crank driven fan has more power and airflow capability than a 12V fan cooling a remote core for jacket-water cooler...prices always ...
