Hi mate i think the vr motor came out with a t700,not the 4L60e that come out in vs on difference being 4L60 is computer controlled T700 is cable kick down.I have the vs v6 with the 4L60e auto and it works a treat.

Hi guys wondering when doing a rear disc brake conversion on a hilux RN105 using roctoys brackets and subaru callipers that i have,and 80 series booster,do you have to change front callipers as well to the larger 45mm piston type,as mine are 43mm.

Thanks for the replys guys every v6 calliper i have found has been 42mm.imust keep looking.Andrew would you be able to put a picture up of the v6 one as wreckers dont like you pulling pistons out.Just to see what they look like as in difference.Thanks Pat

Hi all not all v6 4runners run big pistons as i have just found out.i have a RN 105 hilux and the piston size is 42mm i just bought supposedly v6 bigger piston calipers which are the same size. only some v6 runners come out with the bigger piston which is 45mm.not sure what models if any body knows ...
