A question regarding the vehicle insurance. What exactly is it supposed to cover as most insurance policies will not cover vehicles that are used in competition. Some will only cover vehicle usage on publicly mapped roads and even some mapped roads seem questionable. Do we need to have a policy that ...

Vehicles competing in Group B Events shall be fitted with original vehicle seat belts that is not
frayed or damaged and all mountings shall be secure in accordance with the original vehicle
specifications.

This was copied from the ccda website manual of motorsport.

Its a daily driver but also being used on some of the harder tracks so flex is definately the go but it has to behave on road as well.
