Timing

I have been searching through the Bible, and i have not found a clear answer.

I have a 1992 Vitara. I want to check the timing but i cant make sense of the picture. (on the bonnet)

Has anyone got a picture of the actual plug that i short out to check my base timing?

Cheers David
