Gday i have an f78 rocky and i want to lift the front end to match my rear 2" lift. I heard you can just wind up the standard torsion bar, does any one know how much lift you can get out of doing this? Or what is the best way to go to get the front higher. Cheers

Do you know if the snorkels will fit a roza?

Dunno mate, i wish i knew. Its best to ring 4wd systems and ask them. I also got my bull bar from them and they are really helpful.

I do know that they fit both new and old shape rockys, they just said that for f78 rockys not to use ...

Gday, my rear diff is leaking oil from the seal of the backing plate. and i want to obviously fix it. My first questioin is: is ther a seal on the backing plate or is it just a silicone job. And secondly how much oil does the rear diff hold? cheers guys

yeah no oil never helps. What i was saying is that after a rebuild 70k kms ago it still shouldnt leak oil.

i would check yours though. Aparently the gearboxes are a weak point of the car. Ill keep you informend as to how much and how easy it is.

Hows your rig running, is it blowing any smoke, if so what colour. How often is it serviced, what is your usage and driving style. AND what pressure are your tyres at???? You would not belive the difference in eceonomy and drivability that correct tyre pressures will gain.

I just got my f78 turbo diesel and i am getting 350kms to a full tank. Does that sound auot right? If not any one know why i am chewing through so much fuel? any help would be great? Also the rear main seal is leaking anyone changed one of those before and know how hard it is? thanks for your help

chev 28 i have checked all the rubbers and they all look good, ill try doing some bending. have you done this with some success?

Gday i just got my f78 rocky and the car is great but when i go faster than 90 its gets really loud with wind noise, sounds like it comes through the sun roof and the doors near where the miorrors are located. any one else get this problem or have any remedies for it?
