most diesel's will blow a puff of black/grey soot out on a cold start, I would be a little concerned if there was any blue smoke. Gearboxes in the GU utes can be a bit noisy when crawling along slowly, should quieten down just above idle. From what I have seen, the biggest problem part of the ...

The long awaited Tough Tracks calander is now being printed, and will be available to buy on the day at scrutineering. It has now been printed as a financial year calander, so you still get a full 12 months use out of it

Go to QLD transport to get VIN, they sell you a VIN plate that you have to get engraved before you take it to get rego'd. Then you have to get it weighed at a public weigh bridge, cost about $15 when I did mine, I think the weidh bridge cert is only valid for 24 hrs.Shouldn't need a safety cert ...

Hi Mick,
When I built my car trailer I reiforced the end of the draw bar with some plate, drilled holes through that and used chain joiners to attach the safety chain. Hope this helps.

The noise in from the front left wheel could be a loose bearing, they have a habbit of coming loose on the left side.
