To answer your question it is easy to weld up a LSD or non LSD centre , there are a shit load of them out there, probably more than some people would think, mainly in the hilux area. I also reccommend just reshimming the LSD or going for a ARB or Lokka when its within your budget , welded centres ...

Any of the big shock companies have online calculators that will give you the correct rate, its easy to work it out once you have a look at the calculators.
