Ive found a 84 model hilux thats at the right price for me buy an switch the body with mine,only problem being is mines a 92...both are dualcabs, cant find anything on it, could anyone help?

I took my bullbar of my hilux a couple of weeks back now an noticed the front two body mounts have cracked.i thought it might of been the bullbar some how stressin that area but seeing as its not really conected to the body an just the front crossmember i wasn't to sure...the bloke i bought if of ...

I was gonna put ifs rears into my hilux tonight but i just realsed there not gonna fit nice an easy.

the front bushes in the ifs springs are those single metal collar ones where as my hilux's are just rubber...i'm gonna go to my mates tomorrow an try press the metal collar out and just slot the ...

I need to know if a early model 4 runner steering box will fit on a late model hilux when doing the crossover steer? that page on trail gear said late model ones... just thought id make sure cos so far i can only find earlier ones locally

its desiel...the pumps just had new seals put through it last week and the bloke who done its pretty methodical so i was abit skeptical about it being the idle adjustment...but in sayin that i still haven't had a look... i'll chck it ouy tomorrow and get it sorted

i have a problem with my idle speed...when the heater is on it runs at correct idle...when heater is on with air con as well idle increases about 1000k??anyone else had something similar?

i can't think of any real benefit of this cept i don't need my right foot to take of anymore so id rather get ...

yeah i was just kiddin i'll do it soon, the air con pump bearin needs replacing so i'll probly do it all then.Thanks for lettin me know though hopefully it'll save me $$$ in the long run

The pully seems fine, just the balancer, got a new one for it today though should go in soon just need some new bolts for the power steer bracket/engine mount...they've gone egg shaped too!! :roll: an don't worry i plan on usin a S ...

hey guys just bought a hilux a couple of weeks back...not a bad one either...but my brother and i were changin the timin belt the other day and noticed the harmonic balancer was flogged out,..i've heard this is one of the luxs problems especially on the ones with air con...the crank shaft seems ok ...

thanks for the reply!its what i wanted to know...they want 5500...not to sure about the price...haven't seen it yet but it sound like its been looked after.she's got 25000 on the clock, rebuilt on 03.bloke said its had a five speed conversion too
