Just realized the Hunter Valley 4x4 and camping show is on next month, thinking I might wait until then and see if I can get an ...

Opinions on air compressor
Hi all Due to limited funds I am looking for a 12v air compressor kit for around the $200 mark. I found this one: http://www.transquip.com.au/product.aspx?ID=1222&PARENT=419 on the web but have not heard of it, I did read on a forum about one person that had one and he was very happy with it but ...

Ironman shocks?
Hey all Just after some general discussion on the Ironman foam cell shockies. Am considering fitting them to my Challenger and would like some feed back from anyone that has had experience with them or anyone that has heard anything about them. See them here: http://tinyurl.com/26v8cx an e-bay shop ...

Shocky's for Challenger?
Hi All Thinking about upgrading the shocky's on my 2001 Challenger and would like some advise. I don't do any *real* heavy off road any more, mainly light/medium stuff towing a Jayco type off road van when practicable, generally on established tracks just a few times a year. Have seen on E-Bay the ...

Bought a GMC type welder from the local hardware and the first time it was used the thermal cut out kicked in, this was in winter so I placed it outside the garage in the cold air to cool but took roughly 20 Min before I could start to weld again and then could only weld for a short time before it ...

Hey vpacer Antenna still working (touch wood), really enjoying it so far, the handbrake likes it as well so that's got to be a plus. Only had a chance to do one fuel test and it returned 11.5/100k mixed driving. Probably the only mod I will be doing is to the shockies as I doubt I will need anything ...

Where there's a will there's a way, have you thought about getting an air con bracket and maybe modifying / reversing it it. Is it possible to fit and extra pulley to the crank pulley, exhaust all possibilities with on engine fitting and if still no go check and see if the compressor can be mounted ...

Oh the other thing I forgot to mention is engine was fairly down on oil when I checked (only just showing on bottom of dipstick). Dunno if that's enough to dry the lifters out but I filled it to the full mark on the dipstick and 500km run back to Sydney later it hasn't changed. Yep that would do it ...

Time to buy a Challenger
Hi all The time is almost here when I will be purchasing a Challenger. I will be looking for a 2001 or later preferably an LS model with LSD but will look at a standard model as well. I have been looking on the car sales sites and there is a good variety to pick from up around the $18K price, so my ...
