I'll watch this thread with great interest, mate has a Jack with the same motor. Had major head problems, rebuilt under partial warranty, diesel leaking into the cooling system through faulty o rings in the fixed head. Trying to find a suitable replacement motor.

On a similar but different note, I've got a Safari snorkel, all good till today I fitted an ARB battery tray on the left hand side. I have to move the snorkel hose, need a bend to fit and extend the pipe a few cm.s. About 80 degrees should do it. Any suggestions.

Radiator

I hope this the right place. If not, it can be moved. The Pootrol is starting to run warmer than normal. Anyone reccommend a good Radiator place in Toowoomba or Brisvegas. Coopers Plains area would be handy

Stock standard 97 4.2 diesel Patrol- 2250 rpm at 100 k. I've done 1100 km since yesterday 2.10 pm , Roma - Brisbane, spent 1/2 day in Brisvegas picking up gear all over the bloody place and then back home by 8.30 pm tonight.
