Re: D1 with True Tracks pulling to left under power

Thanks guys, i had a feeling it would be bushes, have had the true tracks for ages and never had this issue, however the body lift is new and havn't towed for a while. I have sets of radius arm bushes, trailing arm bushes and also panhard rod bushes so they are going in straight away and will look ...

D1 with True Tracks pulling to left under power

Hi there, my D1 v8 pulls hard to the left when under power, but more dangerouse is the jerk to the right when i back off from the power. Everything is amplified as am running on 2" spring left. 2.5" body lift, 35" rubber and generally towing a trailer. I have true tracks fitted front and rear, not ...

I run 35's with a 2" spring lift, that is all, i have scrubbing issues in the guard, but a bump stop extention will fix that, and as slunnie said longer shocks will give plenty downward travel, be carefull going 3" spring lift as you will be needing to dig deeper into your pockets to fix geometry ...

Just a thought but have you checked the air flow metre, Is it wet or partially dislodged, it only takes a poor contact and the engine will idle rough and i assume if wet will be the same. :?:

Yeh i pretty much agree, i think that most units would probably face the same issue faced by the SC80, running the winch from the Auxilliary, and being unable to charge directly into the auxilliary as this would create parallel circuit with the cranking battery and so defeating purpose of useing the ...

Thanks 6.5 rangie, ISUZUROVER, chimpboy and Stuee. Hi kitacooch, for a starter, the SC80 is not designed for direct battery to battery winch operations and it is also inappropriate to set up the auxiliary battery as the Primary supply battery in a winch set. But a single phone call and as Stuee has ...

Oh, and my sparky said that he often gets vehicles in with similar problems relating to the Supercharge Allrounder. Apparently it is common for people to use these in boats with wose results. The sparky ripped the SC80 out replaced with a solinoid setup so the SC80 is up for sale if anyone ...

I couldn't disagree more. I have 2x supercharge golds (N70 size). One I bought in 2002 and it is STILL working fine. Longest lasting battery I have ever owned. I also have an SC40. Great kit for a bargain price. The super charge golds are different to the Allrounders. I put my Allrounders on charge ...

Hi there, just wanted to let people know of my experience with this battery. I bought few months ago 2 brand new Super Charge Allrounders and fitted them to my disco, i also fitted a Traxside 80. add a 0 to all your psi measurments 125psi you won't be steering. 1250 is about right for a second hand pump cheers mate your right, and yow i think about it, the average ford pump out of factory was 1200psi but could be as high as 1500 and rover average was 1100 psi, i had it tuned to 1250psi but ...
