I was wrong, no roadworthy, no rego, and is a '77, has some decent bucket seats up the front instead of the bench, tinted windows, but the thing is i kinda want to get an old one like this as a long term project to restore and do up. i spose im a bit of a iron pig enthusiast, hate to see one waste ...

Rust Q?
Okay, im sure this topic would've been covered but i couldn't find any, just a quick question or 2. okay so theres some bad rust, you poke it out, grind it with wire brush etc, neutralise it and protect it, bog it up and paint it or new metal put in, it's bound to start again in a couple of years ...

Thanks folks. HJ75 2H Glow Plug Problem
Hi,
Glow plug light goes on and then off straight away, have been starting with just the heat from it turning over,
are looking into it now, thinking it may be the alternator brushes causing it,
has anyone encountered this problem before on same or other motor?
thanks for any help.
daniel.

Well, I'm not going to have a buggy, and will only be doing general 4WDing, so I guess standard weight is the goods! I think I'll want a 45 series LandCruiser Ute, thinking about work in the mines somewhere outback, wont need many seats and a tray could be handy. Mount Skene? my mates took me there ...

Why so Expensive?
Hi,
my dads donaldson snorkel pre filter broke a while ago, so he was looking at getting a scoop replacement,
problem was they were about 70 or 80 dollars, so he didn't get one
he been going without one for 6 months now
why is a molded piece of plastic so expensive?
its rediculous
cheers

Yeah did the same thing in my car with power steering, its then becomes harder to drive than a car with no power steering to start with, cos it's not made to do that, my dads troopy has ps and is easier to drive than my brothers car that has no ps, well that was before he wrote it off anyway, geez ...
