Hope you guys don't mind me picking your brain,but I'm having trouble removing the timing belt toothed pulley off the crankshaft to change the seal, I've got a pulley remover using the threaded 8mm holes in the toothed cog trying to remove it but it'ds stuck there pretty well, just wondering if you ...

I've got a 2.4 diesel and I'm changing the crank and cam seal but I'm having trouble getting the old ones out, any help would be appreciated.

Totally stock except for 2" suspension a 87 2.4 diesel dual cab, just got it no rego and stuffed engine so now it's up for a rebuild, I plan on running 33 or 35 tyres so I'll probably need the gearing more than anything but I wouldn't complain even if I only got a sticker.

well all except badges. My drover has suzuki stickers on it anyway. have a look in your engine bay & there is two plates, 1 has the original suzuki import badge & the other is a holden badge. Both badges will have the matching engine number etc.

All the parts I have sourced are identical ...

I'm just wondering if they are same vehicle and are parts interchangable between the two.

How hard is it to remove the actuator from the transfer case on a LT95, I just want to see if the oring has gone on the shaft, I had a look at the manual and it really didn't explain if it would be a major problem or not

I finally did it and all i did was basically followed the contour of the flare cutting just above, it doesn't look to bad, now I have to some fit flares as I didn't leave any tabs. Now to put the MTRs under and check for clearance might have to get some new springs because I think ...

Sorry for this, should have included it in my other post, how much of the guard do i cut off to fit 33's with only a 2" body lift.

Quick one guys, just got a set of 33's and have some 15x8 with -5 off set and want to fit them under the 2 door which only has a 2" body lift and I know i need to cut guards but i need to know how and then what sort of flares you are running and how did you attach them to the body work pictures tell ...

Have a look at mine.

I have the whitworths 3 louvre vents on each side of the bonnet to let hot air out and a nissan patrol bonnet scoop to let cool air in...

Makes a big difference on long trips...

I need to get my tank tested and was just wondering where the best place to get them tested in sydney was, now i've read it can cost any where from $80 to $250 is this right, and can anyone recommend some one who is capable of doing it on the cheaper side of $250 closer to the $80 mark

G'day DAS Having the same problem with my Rangie, I'm getting about 190km out of 60-65 litres of gas and i'm running a 308, same effects as yours on petrol it screams on gas it's okay.
I'm hoping I can find a decent lpg mechanic so he can have a play with it, i probably should change the spark ...

Does anyone know of a decent lpg mechanic in Northen sydney say from Oornsby to North Sydney, currently getting bad fuel economy roughly 190Km on 60 litres of gas, I know a 308 can suck the juice but thats a little to much I think.

First thing is the vehicle 12v or 24v, if 12v say have one battery for everyday car use(ignition, wipers and so on) and maybe have a couple of driving lights set up to run of that one, Then have the other battery to run winch and other driving lights.
Or if 24v system having 2 alternators to charge ...
