How hard is it to remove the actuator from the transfer case on a LT95, I just want to see if the oring has gone on the shaft, I had a look at the manual and it really didn't explain if it would be a major problem or not

I finally did it and all i did was basically followed the contour of the flare cutting just above, it doesn't look to bad, now I have to some fit flares as I didn't leave any tabs. Now to put the MTRs under and check for clearance might have to get some new springs because I think ...

Does anyone know of a decent lpg mechanic in Northen sydney say from Oornsby to North Sydney, currently getting bad fuel economy roughly 190Km on 60 litres of gas, I know a 308 can suck the juice but thats a little to much I think.

First thing is the vehicle 12v or 24v, if 12v say have one battery for everyday car use(ignition, wipers and so on) and maybe have a couple of driving lights set up to run of that one, Then have the other battery to run winch and other driving lights.
