Totally stock except for 2" suspension a 87 2.4 diesel dual cab, just got it no rego and stuffed engine so now it's up for a rebuild, I plan on running 33 or 35 tyres so I'll probably need the gearing more than anything but I wouldn't complain even if I only got a sticker.

Yes,

well all except badges. My drover has suzuki stickers on it anyway. have a look in your engine bay & there is two plates, 1 has the original suzuki import badge & the other is a holden badge. Both badges will have the matching engine number etc.

All the parts I have sourced are identical ...

Diff lock actuator

How hard is it to remove the actuator from the transfer case on a LT95, I just want to see if the oring has gone on the shaft, I had a look at the manual and it really didn't explain if it would be a major problem or not

I have a 308 red motor in the rangie and it died on me the other day and won't start, it has a points distributor in it. I finally did it and all i did was basically followed the contour of the flare cutting just above, it doesn't look to bad, now I have to some fit flares as I didn't leave any tabs. Now to put the MTRs under and check for clearance might have to get some new springs because I think ...

Have a look at mine.

I have the whitworths 3 louvre vents on each side of the bonnet to let hot air out and a nissan patrol bonnet scoop to let cool air in...

Makes a big difference on long trips...

First thing is the vehicle 12v or 24v, if 12v say have one battery for everyday car use(ignition, wipers and so on) and maybe have a couple of driving lights set up to run of that one, Then have the other battery to run winch and other driving lights.
Or if 24v system having 2 alternators to charge ...
