take a look at www.frozenboost.com, there in the USA but have air to water cores and heat exchangers pretty cheap. Well when I got mine the Aussie dollar was a bit better and the core, heat exchanger, and BOSCH water pump cost me just under $800.00 AUD.

Yes it is a turbo diesel 1 KZTE engine. I itended to put a Tee piece in the rubber hose that connects to the waste gate diafram and fit an adjustable valve to vent off the pressure being sent to the waste gate. yes it was dyno tuned after the instalation and the read out say's it runs 100 Deg C hotter with the gas on but out on the road it acts the same with gas on or off.
