Outer Limits 4x4 Board

I have had shuddering from day one with my 95 hilux. I had replaced each component and the shuddering would go then come back over time.

The shuddering is slighly different and appears under load in first gear and would go at about 2000 rpm.

Do a compressions test on the engine. That will tell you if you are loosing pressure. Is there excessive blow by in the Tappet cover air vent? This could indicate oil rings problems which would account for poor performance. Usually it over heats for a reason. You can have a head gasket blow and ...

Yes they do. Mine blew 60K after a rebuild. I had the head cleaned, pressure tested and shaved. Head was all good. Gasket was the problem.

Hi folks, first post I think but long time reader.

The problem is one morning after some rain I lost all break lights, all indicators, hazard lights, dash back light (not oil, glow, handbrake etc).

All fuses had blown and blow again when I replace them. The blinkers and hazards will blink 2 - 3 ...

Hi folks, my clutch shudders when taking off. It doesn't seem to slip.

Is it on the way out? How do I look to see if its stuffed or not?
