Just finished 1.6 TBI conversion, very towey.replaced the pump cause it was noisy,but the new one isnt much better. runs from tank to LP filter then to LP pump then HP pump then HP filter then check valve then TBI unit. some of the rubber hose does some fairly tight turns, but not pinched. Even ...

need to know the oil capacity for a g16a engine with a sierra sump onit, couldnt find it in the bible, and I know everyone is going to say just fill it to the dipstick. not going yet ,still waiting on the distrubutor angle drive kit, plus the gearbox is in having tags welded on it. In the meantime I have rebuilt the motor ,thats taken 4 weeks. Estimate at least another 20 hours work,mostly on the wiring side of things. Probably be May before its going, Hope its all ...
