redone the front brake upgrade. bought LWB vitara setup, loving the front brakes now.

those bling brakes are now being converted to rear disk conversion so this will be a nice setup after all.

no problems, got a set of calipers and rotors from a LWB vitara, and getting the ben t rear disk conversion and using my front brakes that i just got for the rears the LWB brakes for the front. NOW THIS SHOULD BE AN UPGRADE!!!

i have a coily and looking to do a rear disk brake conversion and wondering cause i have 16s can i run the bigger rotors and calipers out of the gv v6
please let me know asap

or i will just run normal coily brakes front and rear

getting the 1510 for the front till jow has made the 26 splines axels then ill buy the 1530

thought id have some fun whilst i wait

jow said it will be 6 months but it could be a year so im not waiting till there done id rather be out in the bush then when there ready upgrade ...

already checked with joe

i have WT coily azels with a WT leaf suspension fron diff center

so now i can use any locker i want for the front.

joe is making some heavy duty 26 spline axels for the coily fron and rear.
once there complete they will be going in

lowrange.com are giving me 2 lockrights diff locks for my suzuki sierra for 550aus dollar to my door.

im pretty sure thats a great price. if someone can get them cheaper please let me know.

when joe did my 5.12s in my front and rear diffs my front track width became about 2 inches wider then my back track width so im thinking he put WT axels in the front diff.

so if i have normal WT axels i can get WT 26 spline axels for the front.

ive got a 1997 suzuki sierra running 33x9.5x16 with 2inch spacers
ive got 5.12s in the front and rear diff and a 1litre trans case
got my diff gears done by joe.

thinking about lock rights front and rear without couplers or
going 26 spline axels and using lockrights with couplers.

im confused on ...

hey guys are 26 spline crom moly axels worth getting for the front.
also im looking at either lockright lockers or sparton lockers for the front and rear

dont have 3000 plus for air lockers through arb so auto lockers it is.

when upgrading to the lockers should i upgrade the front axels to ...

it was easier to use the vitara power steeringpump and air cond compressr
it all used the same bracket and was easy to fit
ive got the 1.6 carby with the power steering and air cond that was on that motor

but my coily had air cond already
we got new lines made up for both power steering and air ...

there is no way a new 33x10.5x15 messures 34.5 for the silverstones

they use to measure just over 30inches

im looking at gettin these tyres in the 16inch but i need them to measure 32.7 or they wont fit

are you sure you didnt buy the 35x11.5 cause they measure 34.5inches

the ef el fairmont ghia has more amp then a normal ford due to the more electrics the ghia has

easy swap on a 1.3 or 1.6 they bolt up the same
look for mt thread for pics and info
all up cost me 150

not too bad

thanks steve ill drop width to a 7inch rim so ill be looking at 16x7 with a 2.5inch backspace

the tyres should fit on fine and ill still have my wideaz look

cause ill loose track width and loose tyre height and diff height so its all bad for 4wheeling

u can gte bush wacker flares for 1000 bucks delivered they cover up to a 14.5 inch tyre with stock offset there 6inch wide

but it doesnt cover mine lol ive got a 1.5 inch back spacing and 10.5s lol

procomp says 140each with a 2 month wait which is fine

all i can say is wow

i never new low range all 5 gears was worth using
i only use low range if i need it and ive never used all 5 gears if i did i would just use 4h 1 or 2 gear

all your gearing must be so slow, that i want me some now cause im not using my 5 gears in low at all
