Re: td4.2 GQ RADIATOR recomends????
I just upgraded mine last week (as doing a V8 conversion). I opted for a brand new 3 core copper/brass unit for $470... I was advised against going alloy as they are pretty much disposable items once damaged being hard to repair etc & will leave you in deep shit if out in the middle of nowhere where ...

I have used a Mongoose M80 with extras. (I think it was the M80au?) All doors & bonnet protection. 2 point imoboliser 2 stage shock sensor. Interior microwave sensor. Tilt sensor. And a piez siren mounted under the dash to blow any thieves eardrums. I have also used Quiktrack + extras and it was a ...

Re: Best TB42 Turbo Manifold????????
Those Ebay manifolds are made of mild steel with only 1.6mm wall thickness.
If your getting it hot from working it hard climbing terrain etc and then hitting cold water while doing crossings there is a very good chance of it cracking.

I am currently building a cheap carby turbo set-up atm. So far I have fitted a 350 holley to my spare TB42 and am at the stage of fitting a carb hat to an Impco 225 mixer adaptor (going dual fuel on mine). Alot of members will say it is stupid, near impossible & a waste of time etc BUT I have worked ...

I take it you have a B2 convertor? You can buy replacement metal lids for them. I'd go look for an Impco model E convertor though if it was me. It will probably cost you less to buy one of these 2nd hand then what it would a new lid for your current convertor and it will allow alot more power and ...

Dual fuel turbo 4.2 question
I currently have a dual fuel carby TB42 and want to turbo it. I want to keep both fuel systems though and was wondering if I convert over to the standard EFI hardware would it cope with a T04E on 6-8psi? I really dont want to upgrade the EFI components as well as the LPG stuff so was hoping to use a ...
