Duel fuel and 3 inch lift

hey, i put the 3" lift in my GQ a while ago and had to take out the fuel tank due to upper control arm and have been running straight gas since. now what is the best thing to do now. get a bent upper control arm or get the tank notched. with getting it notched who would i talk to / get it done?

well im looking at putting in some 4.88's as im running a GQ Rb30 and planning on chucking some 35's under there in the next few weeks. i was told u cant get genuine 4.88's and they make a bit more noise than genuine ones? as long as it aint louder than a muddies hum im happy though.
