all 1.6mm except outside frame so its not to bad...its shorter and narrower than old tray and will not be galvanized which all saves weight so hopefully is close on same weight when finished :!: a bit like comparing a 3lt to a 4.2 and buying the lightest engine to save a few kgs :lol: :lol: :lol: ;)

Pre 2003 ZD30 engines had oil feed issues. After 2003 there have been a few go but no where near as many. Bogged is just jealous that he drives a 4.2 not a 3.0L so he bags them alot. :finger: :D There are a few mods to do to the later models to make them more reliable. So true people are trying to ...
