Been working on this setup for my 4.2 hope to have it finished soonish and have JPC turn up the boost and pump a little

all 1.6mm except outside frame so its not to bad...its shorter and narrower than old tray and will not be galvanized which all saves weight so hopefully is close on same weight when finished :!: a bit like comparing a 3lt to a 4.2 and buying the lightest engine to save a few kgs :lol: :lol: :lol: ;)

Old tray for sale

Yeah I fitted one and it works OK it reacts slowly and I think it get a fair bit of heat soak from intake bend before the plenum??!! going to mount it differently when the water to air is on... only reason I think it reacts slowly is im comparing it to the air temp sensor on an old car I had with a ...

put some crush tubes across the top of cab for lights or mounting things?! Down the track I want to make a removable canopy for touring so they'll come in handy ;)

Started to build a new tray for my GU over the christmas break... wanted it a little higher so I could put a spare under it and also put a water tank and a air tank ;)

Pre 2003 ZD30 engines had oil feed issues. After 2003 there have been a few go but no where near as many.
Bogged is just jealous that he drives a 4.2 not a 3.0L so he bags them alot. :finger: :D
There are a few mods to do to the later models to make them more reliable.

agree i had f&r lockers put in by them this year hope they are installed ok because the wiring and mounting of switches f##ked...only got them to put them in so the had a warranty....never will they touch my car... it was northern side of ...

Anyone know of a rear sliding window kit for a GU cab chassis?? like the american trucks have...i hate having to stop to grab a can...or is it easier to take the passenger seat out and mount the fridge there
