Inverted Shocks
G'day guys - i've seen a few guys do this inverted shock mod to the reas of their leaf sprung hiluxs and was just wondering what the benefits are of doing this??? does it help to give better flex since the top mounts are triangulated or something?

2 pinion carrier are fine for lockrites - part no. 1610 is what you need - they are for 2 pinion open, the 1620 suits a 4 pinion open. I think there is a site in the states where you can get a disc conversion but thats big $$$$ - just make it up yourself. Have a look on yotech.com there are a few ...

Mad dog you have to move the front diff around 40 - 50 mm. you can do this by either doing RUF mod or just welding on some new spring perches. Got this from a guy who has done it. "You can use rear springs in the front ,this will move diff about 40mm forward, but then it will upset your pinion angle ...
