yeah they chew the fuel, they also go through the 4wd computer (push button style setup) and they cost a few dollars, cant comment on how many km's per L or if they are any good as this one is used at surf club and over 5 years has only done 22,000k's

mines done that before, check the slave cylinder on the gearbox, followed by the soft hydraulic hose coming off the slave, and then the master cyl, will be an easy sub $100 fix for any one of the three mentioned problems

V6 is the only one in a gen1 with the 8" front diff

did you look through the tech database? the only locker made for the gen1's only fits the 8" diff found in the V6
