will a 2L clucth fan fit on a 3L

cool thats makes things easier and cheaper

as title says will it bolt up if not what box is best

well i going to go with the hardy's uni's they are only $30 each

and are used but alot of the mines in there 4x4's

ok cool what sort of price would i be looking a to replace all unis

i have the shifter out of the transfer i got off andrew if you what it mate you can just have it

well after the weekend all my uni's are shot by the look of them they may be the origainal ones

i am want to put so decent ones in that will stand up to a bit of punishment

yeah use genuine i have made the mistake non genuine one has only last a bpot a month and is leaking again

how big is the fuel tank on a 88 Ln65 dualcab

my workshop manual says it has a 52 ltr tank
but i have been told they have a 65 ltr tank

can anyone let me no for sure what size they are

they will fit on the rear no worries but will hit on the front when i bought mine the guy gave me a set of ifs sunnys and a pair of 8mm spacers so they would fit the front

will a style side tray from a newer model lux fit a 85 ln65 lux a mate is looking at going from a drop side tray to style side

will for example a 99 style side fit with slight mods to mounts

i reckon go the 84 -88 lux

you dont see to many round with some good mods
heaps of modded 89 96 single cabs out there

how can you tell the ratio of a crown wheel are the markings or can you tell by the number of teeth

i want to no bout the 4.88 ratio mainly

my Ln65 2.4 sits on bout the 120 marks aswell i have a new rad thermostat and coolant (nulon) normal driving and off road it dont really get over the 125 marks so i have not worried about it to much

well i thing ill keep the one on the lux

ne one want a set of warn hubs to suit a hilux

hi is there any difference in the strenght and performaces between different brands of free wheeling hubs

i have asin brand on my lux and i just got hold of a 4.88 diff center cv's axles and hubs for a cheap price all are only bout 2yrs old with not much use

the hubs i got are warn brand are ...

bubs ill be keen on one in a month or so as well as some 6" shakles ill give you a ring when funds are here

hi i was looking at building a belly plate for my dualcab lux so i can slide over logs and rocks better i was just wondering what size plate to just 4mm or 6mm

has anyone else done it???

i found that my bottom rad hose was a bit lose tightened it up and have no longer got bubbles and the noise was one tensioner bearings i replaced and no more noise

hey all i noticed this morning that i had foam like bubbles in my radatior

do this mean that the head gasket is gone


i also noticed that there is a squeaking noice comming from the top end of the motor

any advice would be good

i had a farked ingition so we wired the glow plug to a push button hidden in the dash and the good thing with that is also a late night anti theft device they can crank it over but it will no start so it gives me time to get to the lux will me bat

is that innovation or what

i have set of surf/runner sunnys a guy is wanting to borrow them for the rims to fit my solid axle 88 lux i need to run them with 7mm spacers as the offset is slighly diff to the solid axle rims the guy has a ifs lux

dose anyone no if the rims will fit without the spacers

has anyone on the north side of bris got a puller i could borrow for a hour or so

i have a 88 LN65 hilux and i was wanting to know if a 89 4runner bonnet will fit my 88 lux
