The opw truck is running 406 and has not broken anything in 5 years 404 diffs aren't as strong, I've found a set in Australia for 4500 but dunno if that's a good price? They obviously need pinion conversion n they're drum but could be the go. The amount I'll spend building a set of 60 diffs to keep ...

All the 4x4 front diffs are top feed I'm sure that's how they roll lol I'll look into what ones before I buy any but can get them cheap in the states but opw recommend using 406 portals I just need to be realistic on the cash department n consider the poor man pays twice!

I been looking on truck sales etc and heaps of 2.5 tonn on there around the 1k mark I dunno if there's a certain type to get tho??? Wide with gearing is the way, should be better then the 60 diffs I have for the build.

An average build could be the start of something huge, least if I have bulletproof diffs I can drive it how I choose n have room to play with the hp etc!

I am looking at building my own housings for 60 centre with 80 cvs and wondered if anyone makes the plate part that your centre bolts up too? Saves me having to draw one up and get it cut! Any help would be appreciated!

Hey just wondering if anyone has solid mounted there cab to the chassis by welding it down? My cab isn't very big and there is only one factory set of mounts left so I was considering running a length of RHS down the rails and welding it to the cab and chassis! This will maybe help to stop the cab ...

That's EXACTLY what I'm after lol a screamer pipe straight exhaust blow off valve n front mount;) it's gotta sound cool too haha won't make much more power or heavier! I do have the stuff here to do it so y not!

Has anyone on here done a v6 turbo? I've got a gt35a Garret n I'll make my own manifold etc just not sure on the fueling like injectors and computer etc! N Wht sort of mods to internals if any need to be done! Any help would be great thanks

Yer found it in sum hectic language lol I got offered a pair of 406 Mog steers with disc brake conversion no axles n a part for locker needed 3500 buks but I dunno Wht they go for lol
