a1 mech got it right.
a1 mech was on the money. i pulled the diff out restraightened the brackets, replaced the left cv found that there was a bolt that was missing. not exactly in that order. which is now inplace so the whole ordeal cost my $150 and gave me a little more mechanical experience.
