yeah i've heard that lanolin is a bit stick won't be doin that much beach driving though mainly just after a wax or a spray that drries hard sorta thing that will just give me that bit of extra piece of mind that i'll be fine if i come across a some sand or salt water .

thnx guys some usfull info there cheers with the turbo i'm not sure if i will need it i know it would make a difference but it goes pritty well as is the guy i'm buying it off is a mechanic where i work and he said he has done some performance upgrades on it not sure what but it goes allmost as well ...

g'day all

just wondering what should i do to my 4b before i hit the bush are there any checks or adjustments i should do also after a good rustproofing idea not into fish oil or electronic prevention just a spray or something .

some bigger muddys would be the first thing i'd get but u will have to do a body lift or suspension lift to fit 33's and still have a bit of room for travel. also some good recovery points and if u can aford it it a winch is a very good idea weither it's a hand winch or car mounted winch. good luck ...

if ya don't have to carry much gear then a swb they are easier to drive in the bush and are lighter also u dnt need as much of a ift as lwb because of the weight factor ( ever noticed stock swb are allways higher than stock lwb??) and they are a tun o fun to drive.

thanks for the replys i swaped the cans around the indicators still didn't work and when i pulled on the hazards they worked but didn't flash..i think it might be the lever itself because the headlights don't work every now and then also the rear indicators have stopped working even when the hazards ...
