how bout sourcing some h/t M12 'fine' booker bar and making your own bolts (studs) up? It would probably be cheaper than $60, and you could cut it into what ever lengths you need

I stretched the coil out a bit for my 2" lift, worked ok for about 2years then got a fatigue crack in the middle of the simpson... not too fun.
I would suggest making up a new line to suit the bodylift and ensuring adequate flexibilty in the line and clearence.

I bought my '89 GQ shorty td42 with an aftermarket kit allready fitted. The cable connected straight to the injection pump as you stated. The problem I had with it was, unless you were travelling on a flat section of h'way, the engine did not have enough power to stay in fifth gear with the cruise ...

I don't have a TB45. But I believe that you have to loosen the pivot point nuts on the aircon unit to allow it to rottate. Same goes for the Alt.

Might be a stupid question but have you tried bleeding at the injector unions?
