105 series bullbar swap / mounts help

Hi, I have a 2000 model 105 series Landcruiser. I currently have the factory aluminum bullbar non winch and I am looking to upgrade to a steal winch bar. I have found an ARB bar, but its just the bar, no mounting brackets or bolts. Am I able to just take the current bar off and use existing bolts ...

Re: 105 Series Landcruiser Rims and Offset Question

Cheers for the info. From reading I was pretty comfortable with the 285s fitting but was a little unsure how the negative ten offset would go rubbing wise. Anyone else got any other input on rim and tyre combs on a 105 series.

Thanks.

Re: 100 series Gas Tank

I have the two scuba tanks under the sills/side steps. Sounds like a similar set up to Willy Hilux, get about 270km per tank as well. Howsie, dont know if mine is just hungry or you have done something different but 550kms from a 90ltr tank is very impressive kms.

Help needed- Modding bullbar for body lift

HI all, I have recently put a 2" body lift in my 01 Hilux and I am after some general help. I have modified the gear sticks to match lift and took the bullbar off to modify it to suit the 2". It is an ARB bullbar / winch bar. After messing around trying to think about the best way to mod it and keep ...

Re: best way to straightin a bullbar?

Myself and mates have straightened out a few bull bars at home. It always ends in a laugh as we all put our input in. The most successful way was using a front loader on a tractor. Slowly lifted the ute up at the front and used the hydrualics to slowly "bounce" it back into place. Worked ok. Tom

Re: 3RZ running very poor??

Hey Mate, My 3RZ was running really rough a few months ago. Backfiring and idling really bad. It happened just after I had serviced it. Some of the guys on here told me to check the air in take senor. The little sensor just up from the air filter. It was covered in dust, cleaned it up and no ...

Cheers Lux_89.

Ill begin with having a look at the exhaust. Would an air leak near the fuel filter cause backfiring if air was getting in there?

3rz backfiring Qn

Dear all, I have a 1999 xtra cab with a 3rz (170,000km). I have had it for about 4 months problem free. I gave it a service last week, oil, oil filter, air filter and fuel filter. After that I went for a spin in some small dunes, no water just bounced around abit. Once back on the road it backfired ...
