the offset for the navara is P10 for a hilux it is P8 P standin for positive alot of places stock negative offset rims.

dude normal head gaskets have metal rings around the holes for the pistons to help with compression. i have nevwer heard of someone making a headgasket b4. you still need to have the right material as it compresses when head bolts are done up. better off buying one as a home made one probally wont l...

well a seal will cost about $5 not hard to replace if you have a manual read that pretty simple remove shaft, undo nut, tap out seal carefully, knock in new one, put nut on, replace shaft, change oil.


cheap way to start did you say it was noisy at speed if so your bearings are rooted

not really 1/2 hour with the right tools, you may also need a speedy sleave for the pinion depending how badly worn it is. :) :)

if your handy with a welder, go to the wreckers grab some old rims. lay one flat sit the other into standing up and start welding.

i worked at a wreckers a while ago and theses worked a treat.
