yes we own a d40, its a much bigger car then the d22, kick ass inside compared to as in has room in the back seats were the d22 is awful, power os better aswell, but as ppl have stated we have gone through 2sets of brake pads there shocling on pads, have a poor turning circle and turebo is bit laggy ...

smashed both my standard cv;s out last week, paid 1800 for cal offroad ones and axels, hopefully they fix my problem

best mate is in the army and said way to hard to get 1 out bc i wanted 1 through there ended up just forking out couple of hundred for 1 at arb

very interested in the tray of madica gq comp truck from qld pretty sure there the plates have 1 of it but doesnt show the tray good enough in pic. would appreciate if some 1 has some and would host them, done a search and found nothing

im thinking of putting the nissan quad cam in my gq patrol ute. who has done it? any pics and any info about fitting in and extras u need.
i have been told can get motor and loom for just under 3k so its not to bad i think

im also thinking of down sizing to a 4" setup bc im worried 6" will e to unstable in the bush. i will be comping this thing down the track aswell.

gq diffs are abit wider aswell then the mq

i run 35-12.5-15 simex on my shorty and i think the climb good on rock just let the presures down abit, where my mate has trouble on simex in his gu but i think there a great tyre

i have simex 35-12.5-15 and i run 35psi on road and usually about 17 in bush will be less when i get the bead locks

i have a mq patrol and have just put a cheezy bar on it and high mount winch i habe after market shockers and springs but with adding a extra 81kilos to the front will it sag in the front or bottom out alot easier, what should i do if this will occur

i have 3" zorst. pumping 15psi through it and its loving it. spins my 35.12.5 simex no problems

my mq is 24v just put my stereo in do i need to get something for the head unit to convert it to 12v so it wont blow up, dont really wanna wreck a new head unit, tried a search but couldnt find.

will the gq coils diffs bolt up or will have to modify that aswell?
