The turbos are modified so that they spool up at 1000rpm and reach full waste gate at 1200rpm. Aparently no problems there.

Thats because genuine draglinks are all one piece Ask for the 'tie rod' rod ends.

probably the strongest and cheapest way is to get 3x rhino racks and use this as your base to bolt a tradesmans rack to .these are on ebay most weeks and no one chases them.you wont build a clamping system as good as the rhino for the money.

my dx wagon 1992 td 42 had stock split rims with 7.50/16's as per the placard.had 31s on it but got a set of 33s cheap. but they tax it a bit so will run them out and go back to 31s.

my denco kit on gq td42 has a whistle that is similar to a volvo prime mover.it has a 3" exhaust with no muffler.it is set at 14 lbs.it was the same at 7 lbs.

why not put a 7 pin round trailer plug up at the underside of the gutter on the back pillar,run the biggest cable that u can fit and parallel them to overcome the voltage drop.this way u have spare cables to connect led lights to the rack for blinkers,stop etc.
