GU2.8T upgrade to TD42T Issues?
Hi
I did a quick search in the archives with nil success.
Has anyone upgraded a 2.8 Turbo GU to a TD42T motor? I am aware of the drvrs side engine mount difference but what other challenges might I meet?
My donor vehicle has the complete driveline too if required.
Thanks
Peter

TD42T Motor change

The fuel pumps vary dramatically - evidently Nissan were trying to improve emissions. The new pump will ...

I do...
I do... but if doing it again would seriously consider the newer trend of running a huge truck style inlet down the back of the cab and under the seat etc etc. You will see this on Kym Boltons truck at the XWC at Emu Creek and a successful green Gold Coast GQ at the LCMP Expo in May. Peter ...with ...

Warn 8274 for Competition
Lao I have not competed in the Outback Challenge, nor used / tested Tmax, but HAVE competed in the "Xtreme Winch Challenge" Series here in Australia for most of the last 3 years.
