its not the return solenoid not throwing the return to the other tank and refilling the other tank with overflow as your using it. hence your only putting such a small amount in one compared to the other???

are you still using the std nissan washers on either side? once they deflect/deform then they no longer keep the bush constrained under load and tend to cause the bush to fail. http://www.superiorengineering.com.au/product_info.php?cPath=31_32_33_178&products_id=9292" onclick="window.open(this.href ...

i aint sure what the type of rad is but if it has pins on the top just get some rubber chop it so it looks like a top hat from the side then get some sheet metal brackets to go over the rubber. of that makes sense.

Re: 3" lift help needed
you will need to lift the rear brake bias valve up to suit the lift. other than that id recommend a heavy duty set of lower rear control arms, the standard units break so easy it isnt funny. also not sure what your using for caster correction but if the bushes dont cut it then go drop boxs alot ...

Re: turboing diesel with pneumatic governor
Both pressure/governor lines should be on the same side of the turbo, one each side of the butterfly. Some 2h kits relocated the butterfly before the turbo - apparently for more prescice fuel control (and probably because they leak and piss oil when pressurized). Mine works well on the pressure ...

turboglide 3" dump pipe
hey all
just put a turboglide kit on a gq td42, and am in the process of putting a 3" zort and dump on it. but the drama seems that there isnt much room behind the turbo for this size dump
has anybody made one or grafted one from another make onto it. if so pics or what type would be fantastic.

if your doing an engine swap just use the brackets off a 2 bolt engine mount. i dont think they are really any stronger, then just get an engine mount retainer made up to stop em ripping.

being that the 1vd is a common rail fuel system. capabale of triple the fuel pressure it produces now and id dare say wastes alot of fuel. there would be imo no need to play with the pump to much. its all software related. and being a vgt they are already pretty good but id say if your looking at ...
