hi guys i have an fj45 landcruiser and i need to know what size thermo fan/s i need to run on a standard radiator??? i think its a single 18" or will twin 10"s do the job better??? i know im going to need to make mounts but i want to get the right size first so i dont get cooling problems thanks guys

hi all thinking about putting some tractor tyres on my 4x4 to play in some swamps but having some trouble working out sizes which will fit rims.
if anyone can help please let me know
my 4x4 can fit up to 36" tyres before i have to have some fun and start cutting the guards

hey all wanna know what the largest tyres i can fit with standard ratio diffs on a shorty mq without havin troubles turning them offroad

lift is not an issue as i will have no guards

yeah i like the leafs but im looking at the coils because i want to make a tube framed truck just to bush bash in and i need the coils so i can cut some small amounts of the chassis off to make the front and back tyres stick out at both ends i hear what ya sayin bout the leafs tho i like them too ...

hi all just wanting to know how big and difficult converting an mq leaf sprung to coil sprung might be and if anyone has already done it what parts off which 4wds would be recommended to use

had the diesel now got the l28 diesel better off road for slow crawling stuff but if its mud your after go the l28 they rev out like crazy and cheap to re-build if you rev it that little too hard

you could look at getting some extended suspension shackles (they are the short flat pieces of steel attaching your springs to the chasis) by doing this you will achieve a whole heap more flex in you suspension and keep your wheels on the ground. a good bull bar always helps aswell keeps the front ...

depends what size speakers ya want but go to your local auto parts store and pick yourself up some spacers and mount them behind your speakers holes. ive done it and it worked for me

sounds like a plan can never brace a winch bar too much.
i found an arb winch bar and fitted it and it looks great few things i need to sort out on it tho but it should be all good

tna racing it will take a little too much work to do that i have to make the bar where the winch will sit wider just to get the bolts for the winch in. i can do it but would rather not

looking for other car models with the same width chassis rails, wanna get one cheap if i can so i dont have to cry when i break this car like i did my last 2

are there any bull bars out there that fit the mq (other than an mq bar itself) having trouble finding a winch bar for mine and looking to see if other makes will fit the chassis rails

hey all im needing to know if there are any other model bull bars that will fit onto an mq patrol. can fabricate a little but would rather a straight fit. if anyone can help with ideas please do.

insane i rolled an mq badly and came out of it alive so i wouldnt drive anything else after something like that

thanks guys bought a winch today so shouldnt have any probs anymore. with the up hill part i used to drive diesels so thats nota probs for me.

hobzee im coming down tommorow to pick up a winch off you fellas wondering if i can grab one of those switches too?

im thinking of putting 35 inch on my shorty ive got a 4 inch suspension lift 2 inch body and 2 inch drop shackels so fitting them is not a prob just wanna know if an l28 will run the 35's or if i need a bigger engine?
