I have owned the new YD25 D22 Navara since March last year.
done about 25,000 Kms now with absolutely no problems.
I have towed my friends 3 ton boat on the back of it. Certainly didnt like it, but it did tow it up a steep hill with no issues.

Only issues i have with it are:

Service Reset - D22 Navara

Hi all.

Just wondering how I go about resetting the service counter in my 2008 D22 Navara with the YD25 Common Rail in it.

Ive tried holding down the trip reset button (for 10 seconds) while turning the ignition on with no joy.

Any help would be greatly appreicated.

Cheers

With a 2" the steering shaft needs to be extended there are a number of ways to do this, I find a double thickness biscuit is the easiest. Brake lines are fine, fuel filler is fine too.

would the brake lines be ok with 3 inch suspension and 2 inch body?

Also, what kind of rims do i need and what ...

Thanks steve.

Meybe a 2inch suspension and a 2 inch body would do it then...i dont want to go any higher than is required to JUST fit the tires.

also, with a 2 inch body, does the steering, brake lines, fuel filler etc have to be modified in sierras??

Im not wanting to do a SPOA conversion so I was wondering if 3 inch suspension and 1 inch bodylift would be enough to fit them under.
im also looking at installing 6.5 ...

ive bought 4 Ranch RS5000's off "Kirk" before.

Had a bouncing issue with them and he blamed my suspension setup (ie torsion bars and coil springs).
figured it wasnt worth the arguement so i bought 4 new pedders foam cells and problem solved. the Rancho's were a waste of $755 and that salesman is a ...

Does anyone know if this problem also effects the D22 series 1 and 2 Navara? or any other issues they have for that matter?

Cheers
