i run 2 inch lift with 31's and never had a prolem although i did need to chop at guards. a 2 inchbody lift would help with this alot but i would not go much more than that. as far as a sierra having more clearence, where are you measuring from, cause it is about the sme from pumpkin to pumpkin

just spoke to a mate wh works for a toyota wrecker and he said there is a k gearbox that fits it is a 3 speed auto with overdrive that bolts straight to a 4age i have ordered one for 150.00 to see if it will go in the sierra ill let you know how i go

the biggest you c an go on a 100 series is 285/75/16 which is just a bees dick short of 33 " unless laws have changed since christmas when i had them put on

i have fixed it but i dont know what i did to fix it, first i started at the tanks, i have 2 that sit just under the side steps, i cleaned every electric connecton and cleaned all the gas lines i follwed them up to the moter checking and double checking everything. it was starting to cough and fart aftger driving along a dirt road, then every now and then it would cough and fart abit while running on the road now it is ot running on gas at all as soon as i switch it from petrol to gas it cuts out

careful guys in queensland you can no longer put a turbo in a car if the car did not come out with a turbo. i was going to put a turbo in the lwb vitara but when i spoke to the engineer it cannot be done in qld legally

i had the same problem on my 92 lwb vitara i ended up running another wire through a different switch form the battery to the starter and worked a charm, never bothered to fix it after that, i will be keen to see what the actual problem with yours is. aybe mine will be the same ha ha

i have puled a 40 series cruise out of many bog holes as dead weight with my tiedown in the vitara i think they are as strong as nails (arnet all the suzies that way ha ha )

10mm will so the flange but i suggest 12 mm for my turbo manifold for my vitara i used 3 mm wall steam pipe, tacked with a mig then had a tig welder tig it all together, i only run a maximum of 7 pound boost and i have had no problems

looks like it will be the 3" with all the bits, just had a chat to my mechanic and he said would be better to do the 3 inch lift as it will sag and to get heavy duty as well

i want to do some pretty hard tracks up there so i definately need the lift i am leaning towards a good quality 2 inch lift cause i dont want any legal dramas and 2 is the max i can go cause i live in qld (that sux)
