Thanks guys, I'll have a look at the Monroes as a starting point. Should have said its a 94 wide-track and I definitely need to do the rears, but might be doing the fronts as well depending on the final price.

Thanks for the info RM, didnt even think about using those bolts - I was just going to modify the clamping parts of the mount to widen it. Ive attached pics of the detachable mount: http://img529.imageshack.us/img529/2738/pa150438qc6.th.jpg http://img529.imageshack.us/images/thpix.gif and also how ...

OK these show the right-hand-side track, when you can just force the foot down into the gutter (obviously the attachments arent in place yet). On the other side, however, the gutter has no space at all. Am I just fitting them wrong? http://img383.imageshack.us/img383/6397/pa100435io4.th.jpg http ...

Thanks for the replies. Its a 1994 SPXII, and I dont see any bolt or anything that holds it together - its just a single moulded piece with a channel running just beside where the window attaches. I'll post pics if I can...

Gutter too narrow for roof racks?

Hey guys, I just got some rola roof racks for the feroza and Im having a bit of trouble fitting the back up. The rack mount will slide into the channel on one side (snugly) but the other gutter is about half the width. It doesnt seem to like being coaxed and tends to chip pretty easily - anyone else ...

Wildcats dont fit Feroza?

Hi, Ive just been calling around pricing extractors and the only place I can find with anything suitable in stock (in canberra) says that the Genie wildcats wont fit a feroza "because of the airconditioning unit"?? Is this the case or has anyone had experience with the wildcats? If I cant do this ...

Not wanting to hijack the post, but I tried removing the back of the filter box as suggested above (and previously) and was so impressed I drove home in 3rd  . Are there any issues with leaving it off permanently for onroad? I guess there's not much risk of dust, but if its drawing air from ...

Anyway thanks for the replies, good info, doesnt look like theres much difference between brands so I'll get whatever I can get cheapest. Interested in what you had to say about the air filter... Im mainly doing the extractors ...

Hurricanes vs Genie

Hi, Apologies if this has been asked before, I've had a look and havent really found what I need. Ive got two quotes for extractors for the Roza - $350 fitted for Hurricanes and $465 fitted for the generic type of Genies (Wildcats?) which are apparently not mandrel-bent but 'I probably won't notice ...
