Jax at St Marys sell internal balancers, Place a bag inside the tyre and away you go. These are the only things I have found that work on my 35"s as they self adjust for chunks of missing rubber or flat spots. Mind you it does take 5km or so to get them sorted when starting out of a morning

Thanks, it is a start. I will see if I can get a secondhand/new one first on Tuesday. My luck of late with this engine sucks, cracked both heads, have to make a new mount for the power steering then bent/cracked a fuel retun nipple on an injector ...

Anyone in Sydney that does alloy welding?? I was bolting on the water /thermostat crossover pipe onto new heads and it has cracked next to one of the bolts. Now I have to either get it welded or find another one (GM 6.5 V8 diesel).

I noticed this right before I noticed fuel flowing from one of the ...

Can anyone enlighten me as to what caused the white deposits coming from the inlet valves leaving white coloured deposits on the heads and piston tops?

Parts for a 6.5lt GM diesel needed (or alloy welding)

My timing chain cover on my 6.5lt GM Diesel has decided to rip itself apart thanks to a power steering pump that was bolted to it.

Does anyone know where I can get another or someone in Sydney (perfer Campbelltown/Liverpool area) that would be able to weld the alloy cover back together?

Have changed the wheels/tyres - no change
Have checked/reset wheel bearings - no change
tie rod ends good
no noticable movement in kingpins
steering dampener good
alignment looks ok

The shudder started after a body lift, have rechecked the lift and nothing out of place.

What am I missing???????????

For the mounts on the inside of the chassis rails take them up to the main bar. this will stiffen the whole thing up a bit more, if you push the top of the hoop it will probably a bit flexy.

Suzuki early jeep and early F100 all run 5 5 1/2 stud patterns. C7 jeep run a deeper dish that the F100. If you are going to run larger tyres on a zoot, then look at the CJ jeep with a negative 28 dish so they dont scrub on the chassis.
