yeah the fuel pump is working, we tested it out...... its got me stuck what the problem is, i will try what you guys said tonight, i wanna get the motor running so i can start doing the fun stuff! MODS!

the smoke is smoke, not steam........ and we have drained the fuel tank and put new fuel in too!

My 85 sierra, with the 8valve SOHC carbie 1.6 vitara motor in it, wont idle. It starts up, rev’s to about 4 grand for 3 seconds or so, and cuts out!
