Anyone put extractors on 80 4.5ltr EFI ? worth the effort /cost ?

maybe I need to be plain obvious, what is the total height.
i.e when messurded from the top of a rim to the guuard (with flares) what is that distance.

any one know how high an 80 series with 4" springs should sit?
how do you know how much above standard your vehicle is sitting?

so brake lines are a maybe....
what about caster bushes, are there ones out there that have that amount of correction, or are plates needed? do you know what angle of correction is required?

so... just got my 80 series, i have put some TJM 4" springs under it, now I need to know what else needs replacing..... can i get away without changing brake lines? what about castor correctors, will an offset bush get me by? what castor angle? panhard rod is obvious one, as it is pretty clear the ...
