hey guys in thinking of rebuilding a fj 45 but want all the control for the wipers and lights in the steering column so what would be a good doner column??? and what is the length difference in wheel base between the fj 40 swb and the 45lwb cheers

if got 2inch on the torsion bars and 2inch body lift running 35's but the scrub on full lock!

Has the old seal cut a small groove in the crank if so it'll leak and it only has to be a small groove also was it a aftermarket or genuinne seal. was a genuinne seal but i pulled the timeing belt over off today and it was full of sand and mud so i got a new seal and idler bearing and all fix now ...

ive got a 1998 3l diesel with a leaky front frank seal its had 2 seals in it in 6 months the motor has done 170000 k's is this common? my mechanic said he just did a crankshaft in the same motor for the same problem ! is this a common problem with this motor thats done 170,000 km? cheers :roll:

Nah they were just on all of them when the motor was running but the alternator wasnt charging proply.
