Does anyone know if a 75 series transfer case will bolt up to 96 80 series GXL Deisel, I want to convert mine to Part-time 4wd and am having trouble finding DX Transfers, Also if it is possible will I still need new tail shaft and can I use the 75 series linkages and Wiring.

As Phippsy said you can replace them, undo 4 bolts undo brakes and pull axle out replace seal and you are done, be carefull though as i had leaking seal issue and found it to be a bearing problem, it took 3 seal replacements for me to work this out which can be very painfull

Toybox is for 4 speed transfer case not 5 speed, Unless you buy the crawler box from mark's there is no way to get duals from crusier at the moment, although I have been looking at running lux 4 speed to crusier but have not gotten far with this yet.... nowhere really but will let you know if it ...

If you where to fit a bigger motor for speed would you lose any pulling power ??? of whould you get stronger pump plus speed ???

I find Deisels are easier to drive offroad, get better fuel economy and also done seems to mind water as much, Don't require any moderfactions for hills, Have mates with petrols and deisels and I drive deisels myself and have found that when crawling up steep hills the deisels do it so easy and the ...

Apart from whats there you will need some software for your GPS hardware, and mapping software, this is the expensive thing in GPS Navigation. My Suggestion is if you want Sat Nav then buy the Hardware and the software together, that way you get some support for what you are buying and you know that ...
