Re: intercooler tech help
the air can travel straight through the cooler, and bypass some the sides if that makes sense I don't think you will have any problems with this because you are putting it under pressure so it will fill what ever is between the turbo and intake. This is mine its a Type 10 core. custome rad by PWR ...

You just need to take your time and line it up. The last hole saw I got was from Trade tools, Bunnings might have them, I haven't really look ...

Re: Switches, 2 feeds, one load?
I did the same on my reverse light ( work lights ) one relay wired so it can be turned on when ever its needed, then the OEM reverse wire to the triger on the relay (after the switch) so when I go in to reverse the switch on the dash lights up that all it will do.

First off, What are you trying to achive? If the anser is flex... there are other opptions around that bolt in ( Superflex or X-link, all though the X-link is a weld in item ) , that way if you get done ( Coppers or RTA ) it can be put back to standard easly. It would end up around if not cheaper ...

Not a gu but you would have plenty of room under there to fit a Air to Water the biggest problem with a off the shelve kit is thay don't have enough water volume to work, on a long climb thay slowly heat up.
