creepy crawley questions
hi guys
a couple of questions about creepys
Ive heard they measure under size, could someone that has a set of 15X35's give me a measurement (excluding the crowned center)
and how do you find them in real mud (vic slop)
I can see them being great on all terrains except maybe mud
cheers

I'm fairly certain that for a car to be sold in the US , the manufacturer must warrant a cat converter effective for 100,000 miles .
Dpf is probably similar

Re: what chainsaw to buy for camping & 4WD trips
an ms260c is one of stihls pro series saws and has their long hour engines, they are a great saw ,light and powerfull for their size but expensive and probably hard to justify for a 4wd saw. ms 290 farm boss is probably a better option they are similar power, a little larger but a little bit heavier ...

Re: Best work horse/tow ute
I regularly tow a 3 tonne (atleast) cherry picker and trailer combo. I had a courier/ranger manual and it was ok once moving but it was pretty easy to fry the clutch on a small hill start. now I have an auto colorado and it two handles that weight ok but whatever you use in that range, trust me you ...

alien dont take this the wrong way ;) but IT sounds a little like the looks of the tyre has a lot to do with your choice not just the size and performance? If you want a do it all tyre it really sounds like you want a mainstream muddy ie km2 bighorn mtr they're all good in the mud but not excellent ...

I used to run 32 10.5 15 radials at 5psi un beadlocked and never lost one on my zook.
I dont think I'd go any lower than that without beadlocks of some sort however.

the bighorns or km2's kill them in 31's or under.
the tead is too closed and they clog badly in the clay, they are a great road going muddy however.

Re: Swamper TSL vs. Trepador
these two are also total opposites
the swamper is a bais ply and the trep is radial in that size.
imo you cant even compare the two for performance in that size as the treps are almost a road tyre in the smaller radials

Check your glow circuit, do they ever turn off? Maybe the timer is knackered and running them all the time. How would I do that ? I turn the key and the glow light comes on then as it turns off there is a click. EGT's could be high but it don't get hot at all even when towing. put a multi meter on ...

Re: After Market Leafs Question?
You don't specifically need a smaller business, just a business that manufactures their own springs, ie not just a distributor of 4wd gear. Then yeah, you can specify exactly what length ect you require. I'm not sure what that would be in Melbourne, but there would probably be heaps of them. spicer ...
