Hi,
Just wondering what I would expect to pay for a D90 Lpg tank?
I am looking to upgrade my out dated old tank that definitely won't pass an inspection.
I'll ring around on Monday but hoping someone on here might be able to chuck me a ball park figure.
Cheers.

Removing O2 Sensor
G'day, I am wondering how to remove the O2 sensor from my Feroza? I noticed there is a head I can fit a 22mm ring spanner over which I’m tempted to attack with force, however I thought I'd pop the question on here as I know exhaust manifolds can be brittle. Just got back from a trip to Lake Eyre. ...

Applause ignition leads
G'day,
Just wondering if Applause igition leads are the same as a Feroza? I need to buy some and noticed Applause seem to be cheaper by a few bucks.
What have you guys paid in the past for a set of leads? So far Ive had prices ranging between $70-$120 for a set of Top Guns.
Cheers.

Re: Do Feroza motors recover from serious overheating???
I have had a thermostat fail before. After testing (took ages to open at the set temp) I cut out the thermostats innards. The result was no over heating problem. On another note I have had a water pump fail resulting in the engine becomming quite hot. I replaced the water pump expecting the head ...

Thanks for all the replys. Yeh I think this would be a huge amount of work and probably not worth it. I just aquired a cheap feroza to wreck and use on my other car, but it is just too good! The body is imaculate however the engine has done a big end. Just looking for ideas on what to do with it and ...

Converting a feroza to diesel, been done?
G'day,
Just wondering if anyone has put a diesel engine into a feroza?
If so what engine was used and how hard was it to engineer?
It is just something that I have been wondering about for some time. I can image weight being quite a big issue and of course drivetrain items to match and fit.
Cheers.

One thing i would do is change the bearings in the starter motor. The standard bearings are fully open. We got out 105 stuck in some muddy water for quite a while. after a week the starter motor started to give a bad bearing sound and sure enough they had some grit in them. Very easy to chuck in ...

Turbo setup costs on straight gas, why so much$?
G’day I’m looking at doing some experimenting soon doing a turbo conversion to a straight gas vehicle. Most people have said a turbo conversion will normally cost 2-3k if done yourself. I fail to see the high costs when doing it yourself. Other than the turbo itself I cant see much else required for ...

MY feroza has only done 125 000kms and i have just had the head rebult, i took it off and put it on but had a professional do the actual head work. IM going through about 1L or more of oil per 100-200kms. The plugs look great and blows absolutely no smoke so im assuming it isnt being burnt. WE have ...
