if its running fine, but only does it when its cold. Maybe your choke setup isnt right. hence why when you took it to the mechs, problems not there, car is warm.

have you ever dinted a return fuel line, or had something blocking it off. What happened? Did the car run like crap, backfiring, flooding? I cant see any blockages or dints in the lines. i just did the wheel bearing on my car, The hubs have always been hot after a drive around. its been about 100km so far and havent noticed any issues with it yet. gulp. I tightened them up just using a punch and a hammer (only thing i had), spun the wheel a few times and then jammed them on again ...

you did bleed it all right? right?

if not that, i'd be checking your piston washers in the slave cylinder near the fire wall, pull it apart and replace the seals.

I've been told i need to replace the seal before i can get past rego.
All 4x4 here in newy, have them for $250. and there are a few cheaper ones on ebay so i'm just wondering what other people may have heard about the ebay one.

The bearings are toyo.

not a worry man. chances are that means that your soliniod is catus.

It might be worth while just checking botht he lines from the soliniod to the diff. You have just lost one, or dinted one up and that may be the reason.

hey man. it relys on vacuum to both engage and dissngage. If you think you having an issue with the solinoid, its on the passager fire wall, climb under you car when its running and pull the the two hoses off the vacuum unit and switch them around. then go for a slow drive, doing full lock one ...

red your completly right. never thought of that. I was thinking that it may have been the double ended fuffel valve, with controls that hose pipe extension bar on the prop. But not the propellor pitch adjustment valve.
